When you have received the Work Permit Renewal Letter from Ministry of Manpower (MOM), do send us a copy to check. If it is time to renew your domestic worker’s work permit but you have not received the Work Permit Renewal Notice, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you further.

You need to make full payment once you have decided to engage us, and has authorized us to do the work permit renewal through Ministry of Manpower’s system. An invoice will be sent to you. Payment can be done by Paynow to our company’s UEN, or by Bank Transfer to our company’s bank account.
We will keep you updated at every stage. Once the Insurance is purchased, we will send the policy to you. Once Ministry of Manpower has approved the Work Permit Renewal, we will send the relevant documents to you. If we are unable to complete the Work Permit Renewal process for whatever reasons, we will refund 100% of the fee collected from you.
